How to Use
Organic Besan Flour is commonly used as a binding or thickening agent in many recipes and used widely in Indian and Middle Eastern cooking for pancakes, dumplings, sweetmeat and for pakora batter. Organic Besan flour can also be substituted for wheat based flours to make gluten free recipes including bread, muffins and cakes.
